- **Sunshine:** ERA5 reanalysis (Copernicus Climate Data Store) calibrated against 56 WMO/KNMI reference stations using IDW correction. Accuracy ±8% in most locations, ±15% at high altitude, ±20% in coastal microclimates. 190 countries. Annual and monthly hours.
- **Temperature:** ERA5 monthly mean. 190 countries. ±1–2°C accuracy. Urban heat islands not modelled.
- **Rainfall:** ERA5 + rain-gauge correction. 190 countries. ±12% accuracy. Orographic effects may vary at high resolution.
- **Tax:** OECD Tax Database + PwC Worldwide Tax Summaries + KPMG. Statutory rates for 90+ countries. Refreshed Q1 annually. Excludes social contributions and municipal surcharges.
- **Cost of living:** Numbeo 2026 (NYC = 100). 479 cities. Reflects expat-visible costs; local markets are often 20–40% cheaper in cities like Tbilisi or Chiang Mai.
- **Safety / Geopolitical risk:** Global Peace Index 2025 (Institute for Economics and Peace). 163 countries. Composite index, not predictive — reflects current-year assessment.
- **Air quality:** Copernicus CAMS global reanalysis EAC4 — annual mean PM2.5 surface concentration µg/m³.
- **Nomad pulse:** Community sentiment signal (rising / stable / falling) from forum + search trend data. Qualitative — best used as a directional indicator.
